United Food Bank

Since 1983 United Food Bank has been on a mission to provide nutritious food and related commodities to people in need throughout the East Valley and Eastern Arizona; approximately 22% of Arizona’s total population.

They effectively achieve this mission through their network of over 250 community agencies;  providing a system for food distribution and public education about hunger.

In 2010, they relocated to a new storage facility in Mesa (245 S Nina Drive) enabling them to triple their storage capacity and feed more people. Their main sorting and volunteer activities are still processes out of their original location at 358 E Javelina Avenue in Mesa.
