Above & Beyond a Free Turkey

A community member in Albuquerque, NM writes a local publication to share his gratitude for Lerner and Rowe going above and beyond to give back.

I attended a free turkey giveaway. I was looking forward to receiving a turkey for the second year from Lerner and Rowe attorneys.

Unfortunately, the turkeys never made it as planned. I left (to go) back home with no turkeys. Those who stayed were not disappointed as hundreds of turkeys were given out late into the evening.

During this time and (not knowing) the turn of events, I left a voicemail with the answering service at Lerner and Rowe.

On Nov. 20, Mr. (Kevin) Rowe returned my call, extended an apology, was in my neighborhood and wanted to meet. He offered a gift card to purchase a turkey. We were unable to meet but we did talk and I received a gift card.

The goodness and hard work that these two men and their staff put out for this city is priceless.
