LRGB Putts to Benefit Special Olympics Arizona

For the third year in a row Lerner and Rowe Gives Back founder Attorney Kevin Rowe was one of 10 local business leaders, 10 celebrities/stars, 11 Special Olympians, and PGA TOUR professionals who competed for charity in the CBS Outdoor Special Olympics Open.

Today’s pre-tournament event took place at TPC Scottsdale prior to the start of the second day of the 2014 Waste Management Phoenix Open. The one hour putting challenge helps raise awareness about the golfing program that is offered through Special Olympics Arizona.

Special Olympics Arizona’s golf program is just one of 22 Olympic-type sports activities the organization offers to help build confidence, skills and determination within each of the athletes. ¬†Competitive sporting events they may participate in are geared to match and accommodate the various range of abilities of each athlete.
